The "new" web or "web 2.0" is a term for the internet that describes the ability for people to interact with websites (not just read them). It used to be that you needed to know how to program or use a fancy piece of software in order to publish to the web. Now, with blogs, wikis, and host of other social websites, publishing to the web is as easy as pressing the SAVE button. How can we take advantage of this new web?
